Your writing is so beautiful! I love the words you use, the way you use them ... everything! Maybe this beaus here at home we Sweds are so terrible at English! ;)

Wonderful! I love how you phrase it "we can hex ourselves with every heartbeat" ... you've given me my journal prompt for today

This is truly beautiful writing. Well said! I especially love the sentence:"What you send out doesn't just come back to you--it starts with you." This is so true, and so often misunderstood by the Pagan community at large. People tend to think that negative energy is some kind of mystic rubber ball that bounces back towards us, never realizing that it taints us on it's way out the door, so to speak.

Again, very well said! Thank you for this!

*smiles*

Once again, awesome.

I know too well what negative emotion can do- but do I stop it? Oh, no, I tend to dwell in it.

Thanks for the reminder. :)

I've never commented before, but this...

This hit me at a time when I desperately needed to hear it. I can only say thank you.

I, too, must say thank you. It is something I needed to hear as well.

When I get angry, I try to let it flow through me in order to release it. I allow the emotion to move forward.

If there is a situation where I cannot let that energy flow, it affects my body and I just hold it in until I can be alone to let that energy out. Headaches, stomach cramps are some ways that my body lets me know that there is need for some energy work.

I'm glad you posted this. Not many people make that connection, they hold it in and it wrecks havoc on their bodies and minds. Only know that because it took me years to just take responsibility for my own emotional energies.

I needed to hear this as well. Thanks for all of your words---they've been a real guide for me.

How do you not fear the change? how can you change and not worry about Whom you effect?

I've never thought about it from this perspective, and for much of my life held it in for fear of the damage it might do another ... not thinking of the damage it would do me. Now I have thyroid disease, and I wonder how much the suppressed anger might have contributed to that?

I agree with you. What really is Magic ? Just what we are... Blessed be )O(
