The Spirit of Nia

Last night I attended the Spirit of Nia tour event here in Austin, a special Nia session and talk led by Nia founders Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The Spirit of Nia I'm cross-posting this to both blogs because I wasn't really sure where it fit. On the one hand it's about movement, dance, and wellness; on the other it's about a really intense spiritual experience...so forgive me if you receive it...
